# Help and feedback

Something not working, an idea, or a shortcut you wish existed? Check the quick fixes, then write to us below. A person reads every message and replies by email.

Quick fixes

Shortcuts and ⌘K do nothing

Reload any QuickBooks Online tab that was already open when you installed or updated Ledgerdock. A browser doesn't add an extension to tabs that were open before it arrived.

A shortcut works on some pages but not others

Shortcuts pause while the cursor is in a text field, so typing a c in a memo never jumps to Customers. Click an empty part of the page, then try again.

A shortcut clashes with something else

Open the Ledgerdock panel, go to Shortcuts, and change it. Your choice applies to every company.

I can't find the side panel

Click the Ledgerdock icon in the browser toolbar. If it isn't there, open the puzzle-piece menu and pin Ledgerdock.

My notes are missing

Notes live in the browser they were written in. They don't sync to another computer or browser profile, and removing the extension deletes them. Settings has an export button for keeping a copy.

Search offers a page my company doesn't have

Some pages depend on the company's plan and settings. Open it once; when that company doesn't have it, Ledgerdock remembers and stops offering it there.
