Send us a file

Tell us about the client file you least want to open. You'll have a written answer inside 48 hours saying what it needs and what it costs to put right — free, and yours to keep whether or not you send us the work. No card, and nothing is held back behind a quote request.

Message sent.

It's in my inbox and you'll have a written reply inside 48 hours. If nothing has arrived by then, the mail went astray somewhere — write to omkar@ledgerbrook.com directly and we'll pick it up from there.

Optional — the written reply comes either way. Choose a slot only if you'd rather not wait for it.

That didn't go through.

We need a name, an email address we can reply to, and a message. Fill those in below and send it again — nothing was delivered, so nothing is duplicated.

Something broke at our end.

Your message wasn't delivered, and that's our fault rather than yours. Send the same thing to omkar@ledgerbrook.com and it will reach exactly the same place.

The form

The reply comes straight back to this address.

A rough number is fine. It decides whether this is one file or a scheduling conversation.

Please don't attach or paste your client's records here — see the security page. Access comes later, through QuickBooks itself.

We reply to you and nobody else. The message is emailed to me and isn't stored anywhere else — see privacy.

Or just write

Email works too

The form and the address reach the same inbox. If you'd rather keep the thread in your own mail client, or your firm's machine doesn't do anything useful with a mailto: link, use this:

omkar@ledgerbrook.com

Or take a slot

Book a call instead

If you'd rather say it out loud than type it, pick a time from my calendar. Bring the QuickBooks company name and roughly how far behind it is — that's the whole agenda, and it's the same thing the form asks for.

What happens next

Three steps, then a fee

  1. You write. One file or a whole client list. No access needed yet.
  2. We read it properly. Accountant-level access to the QuickBooks company, and a written answer inside 48 hours: what's wrong, how many months it touches, and the fixed fee.
  3. You decide. The report is yours whether or not anything follows, including if you keep the work in-house.

Every fee is published on the pricing page before you ask, and there's no minimum and no term — see what you're agreeing to.
